As a Yoga Instructor in the Highlands of Scotland, my goal is to help your mind and body connect and develop through repetitive stretching exercises and poses. I also provide one to one training and workshops, as well as a wide range of classes for people of all backgrounds and experiences. Are you ready to make a positive change in your lifestyle?
MEET THE HIGHLAND YOGI
I’ve been a yoga teacher in Glencoe since 2013. I trained with Seasonal Yoga Academy and am registered with Yoga Alliance (RYT500). I believe in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and free of judgement. These feelings inform and guide my teaching and practice, which is focused on helping my students better connect to themselves and with their surroundings. I offer classes in seasonal, aerial and children's yoga, as well as private sessions. My sessions are informal and relaxed, and honour the yoga tradition.

Individual or small group Yoga Lessons help build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. We can explore a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of levels from beginner to advanced. Yoga feels good and fits with every healthy lifestyle.
Flow of Movement
Yoga classes at The Highland Yogi attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind. Learn more on the different types of class and find which is right for you.
Immerse & Connect
Focus on the present moment. Taking time out to practice yoga in retreat setting allows you to connect to your practice in a deeper way. Share your experience with other yogis over a few days of yoga, healthy food and beautiful scenery.
